Watermelon Smoothie and Blueberry Smoothie!

This week I have tried two new smoothie recipes, and they were both equally delicious!

First, I had this watermelon smoothie. So good! I want to make myself another one just thinking about it, haha!

Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie

Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen watermelon
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Blend until smooth. Only 251 calories! This is a perfect post workout protein smoothie for me. If you want something for a sweet tooth, you could add more greek yogurt and a banana for a smoothie that’s more like a milkshake!

I also made this blueberry smoothie, which also has spinach in it. Trust me, you don’t taste it one bit! It’s the perfect way to sneak in some greens! The spinach combined with all the antioxidants from the blueberries, and the healthy fats and fiber in chia seeds, this is a superfood smoothie that is so good for you! πŸ™‚

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 strawberry
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana (or 1/2 frozen avocado)
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Blend everything but the chia seeds until smooth. Top with chia seeds!
