Good morning! I weighed myself today and…..*drumroll*
I lost 1 lb this week! I now weigh 155 lbs! This was one of my mini goals, and I am SO HAPPY that I have achieved it! I would really like to weigh 135 eventually, and I know that will require work and dedication. But most of all, it will require time. I know between where I am and where I want to be, it will certainly take me months as I know I will hit a plateau at some point.
But right now, I am enjoying the fruits of my labor! 🙂 I’ve hit my first goal! Thank you so much for all your encouragement and support, it means so much.
