Saturday Weigh In

So, I weighed myself this morning and….

153!

Can I get a praise Jesus?! I have been stuck at 154 for weeks, so I am really hoping this plateau is over. Today I’m taking a rest day, as usual for Saturdays. This week I fully intend on getting in an hour long workout every day, and eating as healthy as I can to keep this ball rolling.
